KIND WORDS FROM OUR CLIENTS…

November, 2012
A.D.T., Westport, CT

“Our cat Sparky has been a patient of Dr. Thomas Marsh at Greenfield Animal Hospital since July 2009. Sparky is a 16 year old neutered male who was diagnosed with diabetes about 2 years ago.

The waiting area and the exam rooms at Greenfield Animal Hospital are bright, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Dr. Marsh, the vet techs and his front office staff are welcoming, courteous, attentive, and professional. The staff has been helpful and patient when drawing blood needed to test Sparky’s glucose levels and in teaching me how to administer Sparky’s twice daily injections of insulin. They have been most efficient in setting up appointments and ordering his diabetic food.

Dr. Marsh is exceptionally knowledgeable and caring and has set the primary goal of Greenfield Animal Hospital to be the health and well-being of the animal in his care. He is kind to both our cat and to us and is open to answering even the most basic questions. Sparky has remained calm when Dr. Marsh has needed to draw urine from his bladder to test for sugar in his urine. When needed, Dr. Marsh has done outside research and has conducted outside consultations regarding Sparky’s diabetes and recurrent upper respiratory infections. He and his staff respond in a timely fashion with regard to questions and/or test results.”
